Many people had to wait for an opening on through the server bottlenecks during the initial release hours after 1PM yesterday. I agree with many people who thought a midnight 6-17-09 release would have been better strategy .... with a ton of night-watchers pounding servers through the wee hours of the morning.<div><br></div><div>Download ( saved to file ) took about 25 minute .... and install went perfectly over about 15 minutes.</div><div><br></div><div><div><br></div><div>Here is what I've tested and can confirm as working and not working features on my iPhone 3G 16GB with OS 3.0 :</div><div><br></div><div>---<b style="font-size: 17px; ">Working</b>---</div><div><br></div><div><b>Copy-Paste</b> of text, photos, vCards.</div><div><br></div><div><b>Auto-Fill</b> on Safari web pages from your own vCard and saved passwords.</div><div><br></div><div><b>Landscape keyboard</b> in Mail, Messages, Contacts, Notes, Safari, and many apps. </div><div><br></div><div><b>Spotlight</b> searches from Home page and in many apps.</div><div><br></div><div><b>iTunes Store purchases</b> of George Harrison songs.</div><div><br></div><div><b>Message app</b> forward, delete, copy-paste of text.</div><div><br></div><div><b>Shake </b>to undo and redo typing.</div><div><br></div><div><b>iPod sound</b> has a much louder range.</div><div><br></div><div><b>Double Click Home</b> button has more choices .... I chose the new Spotlight option.</div><div><br></div><div><b>Recent calls </b>shows city, state and what kind of phone.</div><div><br></div><div><b>Voice memos</b> is very cool. Before this I was calling my voicemail to dictate notes.</div><div><br></div><div><b>Hyperlinks</b> in Mail and Safari when you press-hold will give you a page of options ( copy, email, new page, etc ....)</div><div><br></div><div><b>Home page jiggling apps to move </b>will not rearrange your icons as you flip though headed for the destination spot.</div><div><br></div><div><b>CalDAV with Kerio Mail Server and iCal</b> works great ... to be able to see delegated shared calendars of other users.</div><div><br></div><div><b>Screenshots </b>with Power+Home buttons ... still works.</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div>----<b style="font-size: 17px; ">Not Working Yet</b>----</div><div><br></div><div><b>Shake to shuffle</b> iTunes songs does not work.
