Hello, all you iPhone wizards out there -

My wife is having a small problem with Apple's email app on her iPhone 3G. She is a real estate agent, and has set things up so that her corporate email (accessed via a corporate Webmail interface on her laptop) also gets synced to her iPhone. To keep what's left of her sanity, she has a separate folder for each of the properties that she's working on. So far so good.

The problem occurs when a deal is completed. She then uses the webmail interface on her laptop to delete that property's sub-folder. On the laptop side all works well: the messages and their containing subfolder go away. But on her iPhone go, but messages go away BUT the containing folder does not get deleted. So she has a whole bunch of empty folders clogging up her iPhone folder list. We've browsed around the Mail application on her iPhone, but no "delete folder" function can be found. (So far.)

Any thoughts or suggestions out there? Anybody else have this problem?

Thanks for your time.
- Marty Swartz

--
Opportunity is missed by most people because it is dressed in overalls and looks like work. -Thomas A. Edison
