We love the space. But the options for Internet in this building are pretty limited.</p>
<p style="margin: 0pt 0pt 10px; font-family: 'Lucida Grande',sans-serif; font-size: 12px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); text-align: left;">So here's the deal: We're looking for a temporary space we can use to explore what type of online classroom environment we can create with access to more modern Internet bandwidth.</p>
<p style="margin: 0pt 0pt 10px; font-family: 'Lucida Grande',sans-serif; font-size: 12px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); text-align: left;">We're looking for space for a comfortable 16-person classroom. The location should be easily accessible. We'll arrange for our own Internet bandwidth, and of course, we'll be providing the morning donuts.</p>
<p style="margin: 0pt 0pt 10px; font-family: 'Lucida Grande',sans-serif; font-size: 12px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); text-align: left;">We need to keep costs to a minimum. We'd like to find a space we can use for about 3 months of classes to see what is possible. Once we've tested some improvements we're hoping for, we'll be in a position to decide if a long-term move makes sense.</p>
<p style="margin: 0pt 0pt 10px; font-family: 'Lucida Grande',sans-serif; font-size: 12px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); text-align: left;">I know many Seattle-area firms have downsized recently. There may be some readers of this newsletter who have a good training space they'd be interested in renting out for a short-term test.</p>
